I all been a while but this Sunday 18th finally will be running a beginners moving water session, river depending on water levels and who is interested. Please post interest here on the forum and I will finalize details on Saturday

Hi, I'd be interested in joining you. I'm a bit out of practice but have been learning to roll (in a pool).

Andrew and I would love to come but can’t do Sunday. Could do Saturday though if that suited people? Understand if you stick with Sunday.
