If you have eaten way too much turkey and Christmas pudding over the weekend, you might consider burning some of those calories off before the next onslaught…

9:30am Meeting at the Coffee Tavern 6 Shrigley Road. SK10 5QU. The Tavern will be busy at lunchtime, so have asked if we can use the overflow car park (on the left as soon as you drive into the main car park). We might be able to get 5/6 cars into the space if we block the cars in.

If you can car share that would help, otherwise you can park at Westgate car park or park up on the straight bit of road leading to the Coffee Tavern.

Plan for a 2 hour run

Thursday’s run will be at the same time but probably from Common Barn - I need to check it's open on New Year’s Eve and this is assuming that we don't have another blizzard!
