Morning run/orienteering event - Sat 2nd Jan

Happy New Year to you all.

Saturdays run from the Boars Head, Higher Poynton is at a slightly later time of 10am. This is because there is an orienteering event on at Lyme Park (see details http://www.britishorienteering.org.uk/e ... 917&page=2 or http://www.mdocmembers.plus.com/events/ ... 202010.pdf ) The idea is to do a 30 to 40 minute warm up then enter the event. The longest route is 6 miles.
