Included in it, is the renewal / new application form for next year's membership (due 1st April).
If you could fill a form in, please, when you renew and send to me (or hand to me on training nights) with payment
that would be great. 
If you just send payment but no form it's generally OK, but I've no way of checking your details are current / correct.
It'd also help if you add an Email address on the form, as I suspect we might be using Email more in the future.
If you need a copy of what details I've got for you on the database
just let me know.
