As the flyer that is linked from Phil's post says you need to book on the day ( that is free ).

Not many takers for this at the moment 
Make it if you can, there will be navigation skills, core muscles exercise with medicine balls, down hill running techniques and a good run to finish off! Bring a packed lunch.
