just been enquiring on the forum re tents and it reminded me of another topic - un-used kit. I am in the process of moving house and have rediscovered loads of kit that i never use that could find a better home than the bin. has there ever been any thoughts to a club-wide process for swaping or re-homing unused kit. For example, I have the following items all of which a looking for a new (free) home Runnung bear gladiators, size 9 (used twice) salomon xa harriers (give me blisters) salomon packvest 10litre (too small), various vests, thermal tops including a lifa long sleeved (used once) and several map cases (don't ask)

Since that is mainly fell kit, perhaps we could have a fell runners "car boot sale" one wednesday night...

i didn't even get as far as the other running stuff - spikes etc etc. and to think i used to criticise my wife for her bag and shoe collection. if there a quite a few people with unused kit, perhaps teggs nose on a monday would be convenient.

I'll take the Gladiators off you Matt as my 8 week old Mud Claws are showing signs of disintegrating. Might fill the gap whilst I pursue my case with Inov8.
