I can't wait for this cross discipline challenge. The idea of racing on the track is well good after all the years of mud - and doing track and field things as well! Trev and me are building up to dominate the particular class we belong to in this true test of tenacity.

By the way - has anyone seen the ad in the weekend telegraph inviting fit over 60's to trek to the south pole as part of a sponsored, supported event? Make a change from the mud - much like Phill's new event.

i supose it makes a change from sending them to spain........... and it may sort the pension deficit out! :twisted:
