Steve McBride's 50 th Birthday Celebration Run. Sun. 7th May

Postby david tucker » Sun Apr 30, 2006 4:57 pm

Next Sunday, 7th May, Steve is having a birthday run from Derbyshire Bridge, Goyt Valley at 9.15am to celebtrate his 50th in style with you.
It will be a max of 2 hours, over tracks, moorland and grassy terrain so bring your off-road shoes, a waterproof if it looks rainy and see how young he looks and how well he goes at such a good age. Life begins at 50!

Happy Birthday to Steve !. So that's another Wed night run birthday cake for me to purchase !. Sorry I can't make the run or the barbecue to follow, I'm off rock climbing for the week in N.Wales with overseas climbers who speak little or no English. Do they know what they are letting themselves in for.

Phil, no need to post twice to try and get into the next category!

I've set the forum up such that as you make more posts, your classification will improve. Newbies are the starting point, then you get to become a plodder, now someone has reached "mid pack runner". What's next?... keep posting and we'll find out.
