Don't know if this has been highlighted previously or elsewhere on the forum but former junior middle distance coach at the club, Helen Williams (now Summer), had a book published this year on members of the 100 Club - people who have ran over 100 marathons. Might be a good read for anyone seeking some winter training motivation.
