Macc Harriers are almost the most represented club at Congleton Parkrun with 30 of our runners now having completed the run.

South Cheshire Harriers 31
Macclesfield Harriers & AC 30
Sandbach Striders 30

If you haven't made it down yet, and fancy a 5K PB or some tempo training - this is the place to go.

Just did the Congleton Park run this morning with several other Macc Harriers. So what? Well this what - it's free, it's run entirely by volunteers (and this morning a great chunk of those volunteers were Macc Harriers), and it's quintessentially what running is all about. Never mind the long words - just get out there and do it.

Why pay silly entry fees for races not much longer when you can do this for nowt?

And next week - Its the first one at Lyme park. Sat 22.2.14. 9.00am. 3.1 miles. Up to the cage and back.
