Garmin Connect - Harriers Group

Postby burb » Wed May 29, 2013 6:06 pm

Just set this up to link some of our routes, training etc..

Helpful if you attend the training groups and forget your Garmin (Scott...), or for when you're looking for a new route to run / view race routes, elevation etc..

If someone has any of the local race routes, especially the the Forest 5 route (I can't find the random right turn when you re-enter the forest after Forest Chapel) it would be great for those to be shared.

Cheers Jo, I've got that, just can't figure out that right hand turn - always end up missing it somehow!

Have joined the group and added my last parkrun. Ever keen to improve and as a relatively new runner, I would be glad for tips based on pacing from my Garmin data. Thanks Hywel

Great stuff Hywel, leave a comment on your runs and I'm sure people will give advice.

I'm posting many of my training runs around the area as I remember. Most are fell/trail, but hilly road routes will start to appear as the winter approaches!!
