Hello
I'm a Mow Cop Runner who lives in Macc! Can I join you as second claim and train with you?! I know the rules are all a bit strange so I thought it best to check 'n' all... I'm just about running again after a stress fracture in my foot so not the fastest at the mo'.

You certainly can.
2nd claim simply means you can`t race with Macc in any discipline that Mow Cop do.Obviously Mow Cop fell race so you can`t enter a fell race as Macc.
I suspect Mow Cop don`t do crosscountry or track so there you could run as Macc.

Phil if Kirsty is the only Mow Cop runner in a Fell race can she enter as either and maybe qualify for a "Macc" team?
