CLUB GAZEBO

The club has purchased a Gazebo for use at events (both 'at home' and 'away'). The Gazebo is a 'pop-up' type and is 3mx3m.

The Gazebo can be used with or without the sides. Ideally it is a two man job to put it up and it may be worth having a practice before using it 'for real'.

I'll be storing it. If you want to it for any club events let me know via this forum post. We will then have a log of useage.

I envisage it being used for the Macc half, Langley 7, Forest 5 cross country races, track meets etc.

Barry, can I reserve it for Rossendale Trust Summer fete which Macc Harriers have a stall at. On Sunday August 5th 10am-4pm in Sutton.

We will be promoting the Macc Half and encouraging sign ups and raising awareness of the club and the Macc Half.

Thanks Richard A

Can I please use the Club Gazebo for the Treacle Market on Sunday (26th May). Soph and I will be at Treacle Market trying to 'encourage' folk to get their running shoes on and join us at Run Macc Fest in September. I need it for next Treacle Market too if possible? Could you contact me on 07545 311041 and let me know how I can get hold of it! Thanks Steph

Shouldn't be a problem Steph. I don't have anything to do with the Gazebo these days. It was stored at the clubhouse upstairs so might be problem getting access before sunday. I'll e mail Bob Lynch and Rob Hasler with your request (uses it for CC races so may have); cc'ing you.

Cheers Barry
