Compromised Livestock

Just thought I might share this with you all, on the 24th July I was talking to farmer Mike Gorton who owns Harebarrow Farm Over Alderley arranging for E group to cross his land the following day ( there are no public paths ) he told me that on the previous day one of his field gates had been left open and his cattle had wandered off all over the place, it took him till 10 in the evening to round them all up, to say he was a bit upset is an understatement. I assured him it was not an organised group of Macclesfield Harriers as we are all aware of our responsibilitie and always follow the country code.
