Hi Jon, I picked up a slight muscle strain at the weekend so I’m probably best resting tonight. I will try and get out tomorrow or Wednesday night. I believe Dave can’t make it either tonight.

I'm travelling back from Stansted Airport and won't make it back in time.

How about meeting at Standing Stone car park tonight? We could head down (always nice at the start of a run!) to the forest visitor centre before making our way to the Hanging Gate and Piggford Moor/Shutlingsloe etc. 6:30pm start.

A suggestion for tonight’s off road run – Smithy Lane, Rainow. Behind the Robin Hood Pub.

Route: Sugar Lane, Ingersley Hall Farm, Gritstone Trail to Brink Farm, Further Harrop Farm, Harrop Fold Farm, Billinge Head Farm and Rainowlow.

Approx. 6 miles.
