Can't use outlook at present so apologies for not responding to e mails. Computer went down/rebooted whilst in outlook and came up with various messages including "low on virtual memory" and "this application requires windows installer to run". Internet OK.

Barry, no idea what is wrong with your outlook client, but you should be able to access your email via the ntl webmail account here...

Ain`t it a pain when the technology goes wrong.
Orange have been in trouble for a month now,with an intermittent fault whih prevents sending emails,sometimes for days on end,while receiving & web work fine.Wierd & annoying
