Waterproof Jacket for fell running

After my experience at Edale Skyline today, I have realised that my Peter Storm waterproof jacket is not up to the job. To be fair, it is a good jacket for what it is: it has taped seams and an integral hood. The trouble is the hood either blows off or else flaps in my face intolerably.

So, can anyone recommend a good waterproof jacket for fell running?
It needs to have:
-- taped seams
-- an integral hood with wire shaper to fit snugly over the head
-- not too many grams

I realise that I will have to spend a few bob, but have reconciled myself to breaking one of my core principles in this case :x

I use the Inov8 StormShell Matt, as do a few of the others. Seems to fit the bill. See it here but you might want to shop around to see if you can get a better price.

Sizes are a bit on the small size so best go up one from your usual fit.

I've just ordered one from Pete Bland, online price £120 with free postage.
No more cold windy days for me, just sunshine and larks on the wing :D
