Last of the Staff-moorlands summer series at Rudyard

This Thursday (20th Aug) it’s the last of the Staff-moorlands summer series at Rudyard. Runners from all three training groups will be there, so I’m suggesting B group meet there instead of the usual Thursday training run from the Leisure Centre. It’s a scenic 5 miles course that loops around the lake. Race starts at 7:15pm, you will need to get there in good time as registration can be slow.
