RHYADER ROUND THE LAKE 20

anyone not running at Wilmslow thinking of doing this one? (sat 18th March) does anyone know what the route is like?

Hi Matt,
Not seen you for a while, how are you doing? I'm not running Wilmslow but I will probably help with the marshalling. I'm doing the FLM this year and have entered the Stafford 20 on the 12th March as part of the preparation. I think the Rhyader 20 is probably a much nicer route, let me know how you get on, if you do it.

been working a lot and getting divorced (but still running quite a bit), might see you at stafford 20, have entered but might have to work.
