Hi,
In a fit of heat induced madness I have entered next Wednesday 10th July at 7.30pm in Woodbank Park, Stockport. If anyone is interested the entry details can be found at:

The race is 3 undulating laps of Woodbank and Vernon Park starting and finishing at the athletics track. The race has been frequented by several Harriers over the years, though this year is likely to be the hottest for some time!

A very enjoyable race when I did it, but the hill in Vernon Park three times is hard work. About 2 minutes slower than a flat 10k when I did it.....
