Louise Robbins (from Greater Manchester Sports Partnership) has contacted me to spread the word about new marked running routes at Lyme Park. A 'Run England' beginners group has also started meeting there on Wednesday Evenings, Thursday mornings and Sunday mornings (from 22nd Sept).
The running routes are marked 3-2-1 (3 mile, 2.1 mile and 1.4 mile) and include a visit to Darcy's Pool as well as views over the Cheshire Plains and Welsh Hills!
