Quick update:

the Fun run Pot had £144.5

Other entry monies pot had £2765 in cash and cheques

Total monies on the day was £2909.5 minus £200 float ie £2709.5 (don't know how we get the odd small change!). That equates to just over 100 entries on the day.

I've received pre entry cheques from Tim Stock to pay in and I await info on how much we are due from on line entries. Have paid out 23 cheques this week end and await a couple of invoices for Leisure Centre/Track hire and St John (any others let me know).

I'll have a better idea of final surplus early this week. I thought it went really well today and the use of the hall made life a lot easier.
