Couch to 5K - 5 places available for 2nd Course

After the success of the first 'Couch to 5k' course we have decided to run another one (9 weeks every Thursday at 7.00pm starting August 21st).

The second course will be for 25 participants (23 places have already been taken by people on the waiting list) and so we have 2 places left. These places will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis and will only be confirmed when the completed application form and payment have been received.

Anybody who misses out will be placed on the waiting list for a possible third course. Please send us a message to me via the forum or at neil.gunn@gmail.com if you wish to take up the offer of a place and I will get a form to you.
