Congleton Park Run - Support the C25K runners

Hi all

The second 'Couch to 5K' (C25K) course will finish this week (on Thursday at the track) and to celebrate their success the course participants will go down to Congleton to run their first 'timed event' in the Park Run on Saturday 18th October.

A number of E & D group runners will be there as well and it would be great to see runners from A, B & C come along to support their efforts and to socialise.

We are staying afterwards for a coffee and cake ...

Hope to see a few people down there...
