Marathon Training – Saturday 3rd to Saturday 17th March 2007

Sat 3rd
As usual we will be starting from Tesco’s car park tomorrow morning at 8:30am. The route tomorrow will be a 20 mile road run - in preparation for next weekend’s race at Stafford. I will bring copies of the route.

Sat 10th
Because of the ‘Stafford 20’ next Sunday, I would suggest anyone wanting a long run from Macclesfield on Saturday should join Dave Jackson’s group. They should be setting off from the Leisure Centre at 8am. If you want to check with Dave his number is on the website under the ‘Road Running Training’ section.

Sat 17th
Back to Tesco’s for an 8:30am start.
