Alternative Wed night training over winter

There will be an evening training session on Wednesday evenings over winter.

Meet at Tesco’s car park 6.15, for about an hour’s training, which will include a warmup and cooldown.

We will have a coach amongst us.

The details of each session will be varied to suit those present, and the emphasis will be on improving your technique and ability (so it's not just 'an hour's run', but intervals, reps or similar).

Generally on road, and very much open to anyone / any ability from amongst the B/C/D groups, or the fell runners: just let us know if you’ll be joining us.

Please bring a torch and hi-viz to keep yourself safe.
