Hi Jon, results are on Spectrum Striders website:
Think Macc Ladies won the ladies team , Sarah was 2nd lady,Alison lady Vet. For the men Andy was 5th overall, I was 6th and 1st Vet, Raph first over 50vet, Chris B also progressing well with PB..there were others from Macc..but the result is only provisional and i'm sulking (only a little) as the timekeeper has stolen 5secs off me!.. Tim
