I complained to YHA about the standard of our dinner & breakfast & got a VERY apologetic & well researched response following a visit by a senior manager.Well done them.
There should have been a full menu available at dinner.The short menu we saw was supposed to be the"winter warmer" offer which only included 1 course.
They acknowledged the service failure at breakfast.
Hopefully some arses got kicked
