8am meet at Tucker's for cars share/directions. Post here so we know you are coming & will wait.

"As this Sunday is Sam (yes the one in the Kilt)'s 20th Birthday, he has decided that he would like to run around the Great Ridge and Castleton. So whether this is the Sunday run, or an alternative venue, this option is to meet up outside the Woodbine Cafe in Hope at 9am. (earlier than usual) for a c. 2 hour run and possibly a splash in the river".

Bring your sun glasses and swim wear for the river cooling session Andy will lead!
