Really pleased to hear that. I'll be up for support on one or more of the legs.
I will see you at the handicap I assume, but I did say I wouldn't be talking about BGs again!

Your'e supposed to announce your BG the Dan Croft way, after a couple of pints in the St Dunstan following the fell handicap.
I'd love to support, ideally on leg 3 if my running recovery goes to plan, otherwise as driving support.

Hi Carl
Think you may mean Fri 9th or Fri 16th.
I can do a leg on the first weekend but not the second, I am doing the midnight sun marathon on the 17th

Cheers Mark

Matt, please be assured alcohol played a part in the decision!
Any support would be great, hopfully Leg3!

Mark your right about the dates its Friday 9th/Saturday 10th or Friday 16th/Saturday 17th of June.

Its always re-assuring to know the alcohol played a part in this decision!

I think we may need to re-reccy leg 4 as I found out, when I did mine, that we didn't actually get to Steeple, its was quite a way away and lost in the mist! (But well worth the view and visit on the day!)

Yeah! That's lovely news Carl!
I'll be able to help - nav or mule - legs 4 and/or 5...
If I can keep up...

Hi Carl,
Both weekends are fine for me.
See you soon - might even try and 'run' the handicap.

Excellent!
I'll keep both weekends free and am keen to support, happy to Nav leg 2 if you don't go to fast!
Cheers Steve

Hi All

Hope you all had a good Chrismas and New Year.

I have decided on the 16th and 17th of June for my second attempt. This should give me enough time to prepare for the ordeal!

Carl

Hi All

As some of you know I'm having a second go at the Bob Graham Round (BGR) starting on Friday 16th June and finishing on Saturday the 17th June. The start time will be around 18:00. Many of you will already know, but for those who don't, Graham Brown (Broon) is going for it as well. He and I have asked a few of you if you're available to help on the day and I'm please to say many of you are willing to watch us suffer or expressed an interest. This is the provisional list:

Confirmed,
Larry, Tom Whittington, Mandy Calvert, Matt Lewis, Julie Gardner, Andy Skellhore and Geoff Pet.
Expressed an interest,
Steve Swallow, Rachael Lawrence, David Lawrence, Neil Clarke, Rob Gittens, Dan Croft, Sophie Kirk, Rob Halser, Marc Bradford and Stefan Phillips

We do need some more help and for people to confirm so if you can could you let me or Graham know and we'll add your name to the list. If you have a Leg preference I'll do my best to make it fit.

If you are interested in helping but don't know much about the Bob feel free to ask.

Thanks

Carl Hanaghan

I'll turn up and get in the way at some point Carl (and Graham).

My leg preference is my right one, as my left knee is a bit dodgy sometimes.
