Rainow 5 Fell Race - call for helpers

Hi All

Rainow 5 - Wed 5th May. 7.30pm start.

If you would like to run Rainow 5 please turn up and register on the day..... but i also need some marshalls to help make this a great race please - so let me know if you would like to help instead! Jobs include car parking (and can also run), marshalling on the course, helping out around the finish etc.

I've still got the entry forms and water containers in the back of the car! : will drop off Tuesday if not before.
