If you’ve digested your trout after Saturday's race and want a recovery run and something more relaxed, Sunday’s run is a gentler ~2 hour off-road run from Poynton. We’ll cover some of Wednesday’s Boar’s Head Race route in Lyme Park. So a good chance for some familiarisation before next week’s race, especially if it’s your first time there.

Nelson Pit Car Park
Nelson Pit car park is by the Boar's Head pub. If the car park is full there is the option of parking on the adjacent roads for free.
Tea & cakes afterwards in the Coffee Tavern cafe next to the pub - not to be confusded with the Pott Shrigley Coffee Tavern!
If convenient meet at Tucker's at 9am to car share/lift.
