FELL CHAMPS update after the Gritstone Grind

The top 5 are all within a 1% band. For the ladies Kathleen O'Donnell leads from Andrea Frost both with 6 qualifying races. Gillian Lyndsey is 3rd lady. I suspect Angela Markely and Sophie Kirk will be joining these 3 and it might come down to the final race to sort them all out.
No change for the men with Robbie Peal leading (3rd overall) followed by Kevin Good, Mark Messenger and Dan Croft. All bar Kevin have a long race to do to complete their quota of 6 counters.
To date 145 harriers have turned out but just 31 have complete 5 or more races. With just 4 races to go, including 3 long, time is running out for most to get up to 6 qualifying races.
Next race is the Stannage Struggle (10k/355m) 11am Sun Sept 17th.
