OK, so Steve might give you some free (and excellent) beer if you can produce an EXCELLENT cake or two...

With current donations ( 17 people ) we will be short of cakes for the Macc Half... so please could you embrace your inner baker ( or gently twist the arm of a loved one to find theirs...) to help if you can...
Donations will be collected by one of the Swallows at the following runs:
Monday Teggs
Wednesday fell run (The cragg)
Thurs C group
Or
Saturday 11.00hrs at the track/ on the day
Or round Swallow mantions any time I suppose.

I will try very hard to find the time to bake something, but I think it will just be jam buns cos they're quick and easy. I'll bring them Sunday morning as have a run in Yorkshire on Saturday, and my !!??!!! knee is still swollen so am yet again trying to rest it. (The Fell Grannies are off again!)
