A nice local run this weekend from Teggs. This venue gives us the opportunity to run parts of the Handicap start & finish route to help anyone thinking of doing the race on the 10th December. Reply here if you have any preferences for part/s of the route. As usual - plan is to be out for approx 2 hours at a steady pace.
Next Sunday we can recce the sweetie tree part of the route so by then you will either know every inch of the 14 miles or you'll get lost and enter into the lexicon of heroic handicap misadventures.

If you car share 4 to a car it's 50p each to park at Teggs.
If convenient meet at Tucker's for a 9.15 departure.
