If you're not doing the Bowstones race here's a chance to avoid the crowds and escape to the country for a lovely 2 hour off-road run in the scenic Dane Valley.

Rumour has it that Alan Ireland will lead us on a cunning route, on paths and tracks never explored before! Sunday is forecast to be a sunny day so it's a run in the sun - maybe.
Meet and park on the road below the Ship Inn 9.30 am, as in the photograph above. Or if convenient meet at Tucker's for a 9am departure.
