We're off to Pott Shrigley for our Sunday run this week, meeting and running from the best cafe there. As usual a 2 hour off-road adventure to start the week with some fresh air and scenic views that you'll remember for the rest of the week.

Meet at the Coffee Tavern to run at 9.30 or if convenient, meet at Tucker's 9.05 to car share.
Keep the cafe lady happy by parking in the overspill car park - on the left as you drive in.
