See Dan's write up posted on Facebook:
"Good turnout and performances at the challenging (1,400m of climb over 11 miles) Long Mynd Valleys fell race today. Great running conditions; despite a cool start it was pleasantly warm & sunny with a gentle breeze. Beautiful Shropshire scenery & wild ponies! Prizes all round for the vet ladies with Andrea V50, Julie V55 and Ann-Marie V60. Great running from the men too: Dan Croft, Mark Burley, Julian Brown & Graham Brown - well done all!"
I've attached the updated table which with 2 races to go ( Lyme Park PR and the club Handicap) and the criteria of best 5 races to count inc a long and an orienteering race means Mark Burley and Julie Gardner can't be caught. Well done both.
