Sunday Run 25th March 2018

A chance to get some spring sunshine this Sunday with a 2 hour off-road run from the Coffee Tavern Cafe at Pott Shrigley. Plenty of enjoyable routes to take us into Lyme Park and surrounding countryside while avoiding Poynton traffic jams due to the 10K race that morning.

Meet, park and run from the cafe car park. Park compactly in the overflow area to the left on entry - so as not to block the main car parking area and avoid getting us banned from using their facilities!
I'll be leaving my house at 9.10am and can give lifts and pick up anyone en-route (via Tythy & Bollington) to the Coffee Tavern.
NB Don't forget the clocks go forward Saturday night
