post run venue: Although the Lazy Trout is down as the post run venue (and is an excellent pub) it gets INCREDIBLY busy with folk eating, and I reckon we'd struggle to get in, never mind find a table.

After last week's run in with our football supporting friends, perhaps we should go to the Rock which is both quieter and nearer.
