9.30 Cock Hall Lane, Langley, SK11 0DE.

If you haven't got a London Marathon entry or not in the lakes racing, here is a fantastic opportunity for a Sunday run in the splendid, tranquil countryside surrounding Langley.
Not only that... but the run this week is led by Jim & Jude, so a double dose of luck.

Directions
Drive up Cock Hall Lane from the Church at the road junction, pass all the houses until you come to a layby (more like a grass verge) on the left another 100yds on. Meet, park and run from here.

It's an off-road run for 2 hours at a steady pace to enjoy being out hopefully in the sun!

Tea & cakes afterwards in the Bullocks Lane garden centre.

Ah, a Punch and Judy show? : it’s not often we’re privileged to be guided by such talent with so much verve. But, why do they need to prop up one another? Does it suggest, to you, a lack of certainty, a taint of belief in oneself? Perhaps a cynical mind would harbour such thoughts but, our types wouldn’t dream of holding such an idea....would we?
No, certainly not!

I stayed up all night to see where the sun went and it dawned on me
