Apologies for the incorrect week for the Lyme Park 10K. It's not on this week. Thanks to Catherine for spotting my mistake.

Jim is leading a run from Teggs Bottom car park so we'll join him there for the usual Sunday run. 9.30 from the reopened Teggs Nose bottom car park in Langley (alongside Teggsnose reservoir). GR945718. Up to two hours at a steady pace.
