A 2 hour off-road run at a steady pace to get us out into the hills and dales around this scenic part of the Peak District. Best route from Macc to get there is via the road from the Rose & Crown at Allgreave.

As It's Sunday a trip to Luds Church could be on the cards or something equally spiritual!
Close to car park is Gradbach Mill cafe. We can go there afterwards if the weather's nice - it's open air, otherwise to Blaze Farm.
Park meet and run from the car park at 9.30 or meet at Tucker's for a 9am departure to car share.
