May be a nice day (or maybe not) on Sunday for a 2 hour off-road trot around the Macc Forest area, ideal if you belted round the roads on the Langley 7 the day before, now you have time to enjoy the scenery!

A visit to the Bullock's Lane garden centre afterwards for tea & cakes.
Tucker is leaving his house at 9.10 if you want to meet up to car share.
