No Sunday run posted this week so we can all get to the Fell safety session as below and learn how to survive with safety on Sundays and all the other runs and events we do.

"There will be an informal safety on the Fells Session on Sunday 17th Feb at Langley Cricket Club 09-30-12.30. It will cover Kit and basic hill first aid, CPR included. It will be informative and relaxed. All club members welcome. Teas and coffees will be available but cake donations will be gratefully received. There will be a small cost of £2 to cover the cost of the venue. Hope to see you there"!

Sunday runs have so far found a man in a diabetic coma and a lady with a very broken ankle, so you never know when knowledge and kit can come in handy in the hills.
