It's marathon weekend this Sunday with Macc Harriers competing in Rome and Manchester for 26.2 miles of sweat & glory. In recognition of their exploits this Sunday's run will have a bit of a road running theme. Andy Skelhorn is leading us on a Bollington discovery run on a route to visit bygone pubs, long closed from previous days in local history. They lead us to places never before visited and illustrate past industry like the canal navigations and mills. Something for your mind as well as your body! Thanks Andy.
Trail shoes probably best as there may be some off road bits.
Park, meet and run from Clarence mill at 9.30. Park in the multi-story car park at the back of the mill. Don't jam up the cafe parking places at the front of the mill!
