Time for a warm, sunny Sunday run this Easter weekend and a 2 hour off-road route to include Lyme Park - if it's not still on fire.

Bit of a shock this weekend - it may be hot (the sun, not the fire), so bring some water, sunglasses and cool clothes! This will be a gentle run, ideal if you're doing the London Marathon next weekend. May fit with your wind-down schedule for a low intensity, off-road run with a week to go. Next weekend's London roads will be a contrast to this Sunday!
Next weekend will be a contrast as well - advance notice, next Sunday Julie Gardner is leading us on a wrecks run, the first of two, visiting notable plane crash sites on Kinder and surrounding hills. Not to be missed. Wild country and deadly history combined.
Park, meet and run from the Coffee Tavern Cafe at 9.30.
NB - Park in the overflow space on the left as you enter the car park. Don't block up the main car park!
If convenient meet at Tucker's 9am to car share/lifts.
