A ~2 hour off-road run from the suburbs of Bollington to venture into the surrounding hills at a steady pace.

Park, meet and run from the football car park at the back of the leisure centre, or you can park anywhere on the surrounding roads.

I'm crocked and not running at mo, but it would be *really* nice if things like the strenuous run referred to were not advertised only on Facebook.
Similarly this mythical Gaping Ghyll weekend which I have heard alluded to.
