As promised, a Sunday run looking for Joe Brown numbers. Full details are in the link posted on the Macclesfield Harriers website

We are meeting in the large car park west of Errwood Dam, Grid Ref SK013 756. For those wishing for an early start Julie and I will be there for 8.30 am. You will require a White Peak map (OL24) compass, waterproof covering for the clue sheet, pen and paper.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the weather conditions, and bring food and water to carry with you as you will be out for a while. Please also bring a flask of hot water to aid making brews, plus a mug and cake for the finish. Please remember it is still bird breeding season so in some areas dogs must be kept on a lead in sensitive areas.
Finally, this is not a competition, just a really good morning out
Enjoy. Hazel.

Tucker will be starting at 9.30, running at normal Sunday run pace so you are welcome to run with me if you prefer to run it as a group and share the navigation.
Plenty of parking at the venue. Meet at Tucker's for a 8.45 departure if you want to car share - but beware- if running independently your finish time may be different!

A little bit more information for tomorrow. The distance to find all the numbers in the northern half is, provided you don't take any detours, 11 miles. Taking account of the distance and finding them (they don't stand out) it will probably take on average around 3 hours. As Julie and I will be at Errwood for 8.00 am it may be an idea if you can get there earlier than 9.30
