Julie Gardner is leading us on a 2 1/2 hour run consisting of 14.45 kms and 679 metres of climb on Shelf Moor, Glossop. We will be visiting 3 aeroplane crash sites:- Boeing Superfortress, Douglas Skytrain and an Avro Lancaster.

There is something for everyone on this jaunt including scrambling, wild swim, new paths, vistas, aeroplanes and all on very runnable terrain (not Ashton Clough).
If you want to car share, then be at Tuckers for a 8.45 departure.
Refreshments will be taken at the "cheap and cheerful" bikers cafe, situated on the Hayfield Road opposite the large car park in Glossop.
****This is a high level and exposed route that is weather dependent. If the forecast is poor then an alternative route from Hayfield is planned.
